Unreachable controls in Properties editor after expanding other controls

      QTCREATORBUG-12040 is back:

      1. Select a Text item in Design mode.
      2. Expand the color choosers for "Text Color" and "Style Color".
        Font properties will move out of the window. There's no scrollbar to bring them up:

      When the properties view grows bigger than Creator's window, scrollbars should appear.
