Windows/Qt Design Studio: Turning on Full Screen Mode in Windows makes the top menu bar nonresponsive

    Description

      When I activated full-screen mode, the menus in the top ribbon became non-responsive. This persisted after quitting from the task manager. Control + Shift + F11 doesn't do anything.
