Qt Design Studio requires OpenSSL for e.g. downloading examples (https). Qt 6.3 binaries support only OpenSSL v1 and Qt installer only provides OpenSSL v1.

Many of the recent Linux distributions support only OpenSSL v3 with their default repositories. Therefore Qt Design Studio packages should come with OpenSSL v1 at least until Qt supports OpenSSL v3 and that's also available in the installer as prebuilt binary for macOS and Windows.

This ticket is about making sure that the export clarification is up to date for Qt Design Studio and also for adding the OpenSSL (v1) in Qt Design Studio packages.
