[REG] Design Studio crashes when switching modes

      Steps to reproduce:

      • Create a new project
      • When project is opened in Design mode, switch to Edit mode, then to Projects mode
      • -> Ds crashes
      • RTA test results show that this started to reproduce for DS build on 26.8
