Make Figma plugin available in Figma community

Currently we distribute Figma plugin together with Asset Importer and Qt DS packaging itself.

This leads to complex UX on the installation (user needs to do it manually).

Preferred way to install Figma plugins is thru the community portal.

We should distribute the Figma plugin part through the Figma community portal. This gives us the following benefits

• better discoverability in Figma community
• secure the 'Qt Figma Bridge' id on Figma community, right now anyone can claim it
• show the right attitude towards Figma – fundamental before going into deeper discussions with them about collaboration
• use standard way to install the plugin

We are not distributing or opensourcing the Asset Importer part itself, that is the main component to create QML out from the qtbridge format.
