"Pseudonymized Analytic report data" sent splash screen reappears once mouse comes back to app.

User informed us that the welcoming "Pseudonymized Analytic and Crash Report Data" splash screen appears after he has selected Turn Off or Turn On and moves the mouse outside of the program area and back.

This happens several times and on each start up.
