    Description

      1. Create a new Qt Quick Application project.
      2. Open the project's qml file in Design mode.
      3. Select an item and look at the properties view.
The values which are explicitly set in the file are being shown in blue.
      4. Close the file.
      5. Open the file again.
      6. Go to Design mode.
      7. Select the same item as in step 3.
        The highlighting is gone.

Explicitly set values should always be highlighted, no matter what you've done to the file before.
