Rescaled Symbols don't have rescaled content

When  re-scaling an instance of a symbol the component in DS has the correct size bounding box but the original scale content. To complicate this further, if the original symbol in sketch is composed of vector shapes these will scale with their properties intact, so stroke width for example will not change during scaling. This would require a new image asset for the component instance to be correct in the end.
