Qt Design Studio examples display undownloadable and cannot run

The list of examples all display a cloud inaccessible red cloud icon, even for examples that are already on the user's filesystem.

The user has no internet issues.

The user is able to use Qt Design Studio normally otherwise, but attempting to run an example directly from the filesystem causes an error.
