Use the integrated slider in the spin box on more properties

We already use the integrated slider of the spin box for opacity and scale.

We could/should also use it on z-stack order and rotation.

For the slider to make sense the value requires a well-defined minimum and maximum, which is not always the case (e.g. position, size).
It also adds more noise to the property editor.

Border width and border-radius are also good candidates for the integrated slider.

The spin box without slider is also prefered when the value has to be precise.
