2D&3D views update to show base state after re-arranging states

    Description

      Testing new States view with snapshot Built on Sep 22 2022 02:35:31

      • Create/open a 3D project
      • Create two new states, state1 and state2, in addition to base state
      • Change the fill color of root rectangle to be different in state1 and state2
      • Hide cubeModel in state1
      • Choose state1 by clicking it
      • Drag and drop it on the right side of the state2
      • -> States view indicates that state1 is still selected as expected, but 2D & 3D views update to show base state
