Opening new project automatically closes the existing project

Qt DS doesn't allow opening secondary project.

First opened project is automatically closed then the next project opens.

e.g. Opened Eos project --> open Outrun --> Eos closed and only Outrun remains open in Qt DS. 

Tried opening Example project and other local projects both were the same. It's happening in both 3.6 and 3.7. Not sure about previous versions.
