build qtquickeffectmaker into QtDesignStudio 3.8 snapshots

      it could be part of the puppet qt6 build job because it needs at least a qt6.4

      cmake -DCMAKE_PREFIX_PATH=/Users/qt/work/build/qt_install_dir -DCMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX=/Users/qt/work/build/qtquickeffectmaker_install ../qtquickeffectmaker
cmake --build . && cmake --install .

      ^^ generates an app bundle on MacOS that is not necessary at the QtDesginStudio case, maybe having a cmake option disable_app_bundle would be nice for packaging
