Offline installer for Qt DS

    Description

      What is the benefit? Why is this valuable?
      We have lot of customers who prefer offline installer as their personnel are not connected to public internet (aerospace & defence)
      What are common use cases?
      Designer who works in defence segment does not have access to internet, thus have to have everything local
      Technical information
      We used to have this, but incorporated installation of Qt DS into Qt installer which obviously is not suitable for defence customers.
