The purpose of requested feature is to be able to run the text overflow check with the same font fallback order as the target device environment.

Scenario
There is a situation where a string contains some characters that are not supported by the font and the missing characters would use another font. This fallback order depends on a target environment. It'd be nice to create the same fallback order in the test environment and do the text overflow check.
