Tooltips for Qt Design Studio (components and property editor)
Description
Define Tooltips for components and property editor
Currently, Qt has technical documentation for each type and its properties.
We need tooltips for the component library that explain the type in a simple designer-friendly way. The Qt reference documentation can be used as a reference but is mostly too technical.
Usually the "Detailed Description" is an ok starting point for the tooltip.
The Qt reference documentation can also be used to improve the tooltips in the property editor.
