Cannot import 3D Assets (master based snapshot)

Tested with master based snapshot QDS 3.9, build number 409

Steps to reproduce:

• Create/open a 3D project
• Try importing some 3D Asset, e.g. the one attached
• Importer log says "Failed to start import 3D asset process", see attached picture.
