DS is extremely slow (master based build)

      Tested with the latest 3.9 snapshot, build number 410

      DS seems extremely slow when I try to use it. For example adding/deleting a state, adding a module, adding component to Navigator seems to take much more time than usually (comparing to 3.8 snapshots).
