[Qt Bridge] Support dashed borders

    Description

      See attached project. Qt Bridge silently converts dashed borders into solid borders.

      Perhaps we should use SvgPath instead of Rectangle if the design uses a dashed border? (Until Qt Quick Rectangle adds support for it, at least)
