Bundle MCU toolchain into Qt DSE installation

    Description

      Qt DSE installation shall have latest available MCU toolchain pre-installed to fixed location so it can be used directly as-is.

      MCU toolchain does not have to be complete, but it should contain the binaries that are needed to implement steps for the process defined in the epic.

      There are some limitations we want to do

      • this is available only in Qt DSE
      • we support only the latest MCU kit available for time being
