Effect maker: Created effect cannot be used

    Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Create new effect with QQEM
      2. Click 'Save'
      3. Click 'Export'
      4. Click 'Ok' (accept defaults)
      5. See your effect appear on the the Component library
      6. Pull the effect to an element

      Expected behaviour: Effect is applied to the element and can be seen on the 2D view

      Actual behaviour: nothing happens, you cannot even see the effect on the navigator
