DS crashes when dragging an effect twice to component in 2D

Steps to reproduce:

• Create general empty project
• Add some image asset to project and drag it to 2D view
• Create an effect file with wizard
• Double click effect in Assets view
• Create the effect with Effect maker and save + export
• Drag effect to image in 2D view
• Drag and drop effect again to image in 2D view (can be the same effect or some other effect)
• -> DS crashes
