Added effect is not visible in 2D view right away

    Description

      • Create a project
      • Add view3D and some image to 2D view
      • Create an effect
      • Drag and drop the effect to image and view3D in 2D view
      • -> would expect to see the added effect but effect is not visible
      • Effect seems to be visible in QML app when running the project. Sometimes 2D view updates to show the effect after running the project or switching between Edit mode and Design mode or adding more components to 2D view.
