Font size cannot be changed for the point for the first item in the bullet points in Rich Text

      I used Windows11

      In Rich Text Editor for the Text component, I cannot select the point for the first item:

       

      Therefore, even though I want to change the font size of all of them to bigger, the first point cannot be.
