"Cannot connect to QML Emulation layer" randomly after opening a project on Windows

      Sometimes after opening a project, there might be warning dialog shown about Qmlpuppet not responding. So far I've only seen this rarely in automated tests and only on Windows11. Attached a screenshot where it happened after opening IVI example.

      I've not been able to reproduce manually.
