PropertyEditor doesn't correctly show multiselection

1. Create a new project
2. Select the text item
3. Text specifics are shown in the property editor
4. Add the button to the selection
5. Button specifics are shown in the property editor

Should show the smallest possible intersection of the two selected items.

Also, there is some kind of order.
Selection [Text, Button, Rectangle] > Button specifics
Selection [Text, Rectangle] > Rectangle specifics
Selection [Text, Button] > Button specifics
Selection [Button, Rectangle] > Button specifics
