Render type quality remains initially at inactive state

For the "Text" component, the initial state of "Render type quality" remains inactive in the property. Unless the "Render Type" "QtRendering" gets reselected from the drop-down menu, it doesn't get selectable. 

"Render type quality" needs to be selectable from the beginning.
