PropertyChanges not removed when last property change is removed

      Steps to reproduce:

      • Create a new general empty project
      • In States view, select "clicked" state
      • Click "Show property changes" button
      • Remove property change "text: qsTr("Button Checked")"
      • -> PropertyChanges is not removed, state property changes still show "Target label". See attached picture
