"Restore values" should be true by default

Steps to reproduce:

• Create a new general empty project
• Check the property changes for "clicked" state
• Under target label, "Restore values" seems to be off/false, but according to documentation (https://doc.qt.io/qt-6/qml-qtquick-propertychanges.html#details) , default value for restoreEntryValues should be true.
