    Description

      • Create a new general empty project
      • Create a new state group "stateGroup"
      • Add new state "State1"  in stateGroup
      • Close project (File -> close all projects..), save changes
      • Reopen the same project
      • -> Add new state button in States view is missing the +, see attached picture
