Adding effect to 2D does not work

    Description

      Tested with the latest snapshot of QDS 3.9 (Built on Nov 30 2022 03:31:31)

      Steps to reproduce:

      • Create a 3D project
      • Create an effect file (File -> new File)
      • Double click effect in Assets view to open Effect maker
      • Create the effect and File -> Save, File -> Export
      • Drag and drop effect from Assets to 2D view on top of view3D
      • -> errors seen as in attached picture, effect is not added as expected
