Updating from DS 3.7 to 3.8 does leave wrong settings.

User had informed us that when they had updated Qt Design Studio from 3.7 to 3.8 their states editor view did not match the one in documentation and what other users saw.

Qt Support also did the update from 3.7 to 3.8 and could not see the states editor correctly.

After updating QtDesignStudio.ini

with:

[QML]

Designer\OldStatesEditor=false

The view was correct.

Is there something going wrong with the update process?
