Reproduction steps

1. Open the ClusterTutorial example
2. In the import tab, import QtCharts 2.3
3. From the Chart view library, drag the Bar chart onto the form.

Results

**A popup appears saying "Line 1: Qt Quick emulation layer crashed". If I click to go to the error, I see that there are red markers next to the line numbers for the lines importing QtCharts 2.3. Note that it isn't line 1 as the error suggests. I've been navigating around Qt Design Studio trying to find out what the actual error is but haven't found it, my guess is that it doesn't find the library, but it should be built into Qt Design Studio I suppose, so something seem wrong. I have attached the qml.

Side note: QtCharts 2.3 doesn't appear in the import combo box until you add some other library first, this is very confusing and it seems only some libraries "unlock" it.
