Fn + Delete short-cut needs to be ONLY Delete key

The idea that I need, want, or expect to hit Fn + Delete to delete anything is crazy. 

– this is NOT a standard on the Mac, 

– it makes no sense, 

– it is not discoverable to new (or any) users...
