It is possible to click through disabled context menu items in various views

Basically all qml based context menus we have allow clicks to go through disabled items to the view below. At least context menus in the following views are affected:

Material browser, Components, Content library, Material editor, Texture editor, Assets library, Properties.

This can cause various issues, e.g. changing the selected control the menu is targeting.

Right clicks go through even enabled items.
