Project translation test can sometimes get stuck to 10%

      Noticed this issue in one of the test runs on Windows machine. Running project translation test had stuck to 10%, see attached picture.

      I remember vaguely encountering this same issue randomly with some earlier version of QDS and that it's hard to reproduce: it sometimes seems to happen when running project translation test. Haven't seen it in test results otherwise, until now.
