qtinsighttracker plugin is missing in prepared kit6

First try, just adding as a qt module was not working,
because enterprise only modules have a different
naming > prefix "tqtc" -> error: "Module cannot be found."

This is the first dependency of QtDesignStudio
to a enterprise only module.
