Pie cannot draw to 360 degrees

When trying to draw a circle you need to use the pie item, but the pie cannot draw from beginning 0 to end 360, it then just disappears from the form editor and live preview. It will only work from 0 -359, always leaving a small gap at the end. (meaning we currently have no way to draw a simple circle.)
