Arc Items should have beginning 0 at 12 o'clock

The Arch item currently has it's 0 position at 9 o'clock. Meaning if you want to draw a full circle for a progress bar, starting from the top 12 o'clock and going back to the top, you first need to rotate the arc item 90 degrees. I think it makes much more sense to have 0 and 360 degrees at the 12 o'clock mark.
