Clicking on lock icon in navigator doesn't immediately update visual status of locked/unlocked item's children

Lock a node that has children in navigator -> Children should dim to indicate locked status, but they do so only after you either hover over them or mouse moved out of navigator. Similarly, unlocking doesn't immediately clear the dimming from children of unlocked item.
