QuickDesigner: Properties editor might be too large to scroll completely to the bottom

Steps to reproduce:

• have a simple Quick application project or similar at hand which has e.g. a Text element inside one of the qml files
• switch to Design view
• select the Text element inside the Navigator
• usually Type, Geometry, Visibility, Text, Text Color, Style Color, Font and Padding are listed, but I did not see Font and Padding (and could not scroll down to them)
• I just stumbled across them as I unfolded some of the above mentioned categories..

Note: I'm running at a resolution of 1920x1200 with QC in maximized mode (so, probably I'm missing 24 pixel for the 'task bar' or whatever you'd call it)
