DesignViewer not work when DS project include FlowView or not be Qt6 project

      On DS 3.9
      I open a Project
      Click on 
      File > Share Application Online
       > Open Link
      message: 
      This is not a Qt6 Project
      Qt5 projects might work, but theu are not officilay supported
