Drag and dropping a file to collapsed folder does not automatically expand it

This is related to QDS-8866

How to reproduce:

1. Create a new empty folder (you don't have to name it)
2. Create a another new empty folder with the same name as the previous folder (If you didn't name them, there should be folders NEW FOLDER and NEW FOLDER1)
3. Drag and drop a file to the latter folder (NEW FOLDER1)

The folder should expand, when the file is dropped there, but it doesn't. This only happens to the folders, that have the bug QDS-8866.
