Drop-down menus in top toolbar don't close when clicking the down arrow again

      Steps to reproduce:

      • Create/open a project
      • Click the arrow icon in combobox for workspaces or the one showing currently open file
      • -> menu opens as expected
      • Click the arrow again
      • -> menu stays open. Would expect it to close in the same way it does e.g. in Properties view. Please see attached recording.
