Check the attached simple example. 

There is 2 states where the "State1" has cube scale of vec3(1.0)

and "State2" where the scale is vec3(0.0)

pressing the "+" icon in the transition editor gives popup error that there is not changes in states. and

transitions are not being created. If there are some other property changes, it does not show the popUp, 

but it creates transitions for everything else but not the scale.
