Show Boot2Qt Flashing Wizard in Design Studio Enterprise

      If user has Boot2Qt kits installed, the flashing wizard should also be available for flashing he device image to their device.

      Now the development sequence is weird that you first need to launch QtCreator in order to flash the device before you can run applications from Design Studio.

      note: this applies only to DS Enterprise product.
