    Description

UI can be just like PPT, users can add comments to the QML item, and comments will automatically format like Doxygen style. it can make QML equal to Specification documentation.
(And DON'T store those comments in some database, they shall be present in the QML code)

and as an extra feature it would be nice can export to some other documentation, for example, markdown, PDF, or Word. it is just to let someone see the specification who does not want to open QDS, for example, an engineer or designer's top manager. but it is not the core concept of this suggestion.
The core value of this suggestion is to help developers and designers communicate and record extra information which not written in the README file.

      Use cases:

for the designer, he can write and explain the designer's idea and show popups in 2D UI View(Popups can show/hide).
for the developer, he will not face the Figma file or Word or PPT to know what to do, but in directly in QDS.

for the BOSS, he can read the docs generated from the designer&developer's work result with just one click.
