    Description

      Steps to reproduce

      • Add one state
      • Move mouse cursor between the added state and + rectangle

      Outcome
      Vertical scroll bar is shown

      Note
      This reproduces only if there are base state + another added state. If there are more states added it doesn't show the scroll bar anymore.
      In the latest snapshot it shows the vertical scroll bar also when there are multiple states added.
