States view horizontal scroll bar is hard to see

    Description

      Steps to reproduce

      • Add so many new states that those don't fit to the available space in States View
      • Do horizontal scroll

      Outcome
      Scroll bar appears but it is the same color as background and therefore almost impossible to see
