Search box does not scale correctly when resizing Content Library [REG]

Regression to QDS3.9. Tested on Windows with latest QDS4.0 snapshot from staging online.

Steps to reproduce:

• Open/Create a 3D Project
• Open Content Library
• Type something to search
• -> Search box looks as expected: clear button comes visible, there is a margin between end of the search box and view border
• Resize the view to be very wide and then back to original size (see attached recording)
• -> clear button is not visible anymore, there is no margin between end of search box and view border
